Looks like it's exactly what I'm after.  I grabbed version 0.18_1 (which 
the website says works with myth 0.2x) and, after a bit of a struggle, 
got it to build and install.  It looks really promising, although every 
so often it seems to crash and take mythfrontend with it.  I'm going to 
direct the mythfrontend output to a file and see if I can capture any 
error messages.
