Dump out the "settings" table alone.

nuvexport has a .nuv & .sql option where the raw recording plus the  
seek & commercials info can be saved. You take the .nuv to your other  
machine's recordings directory and run the .sql and poof the recording  
is in the new system.

The recording doesn't have to be a .nuv, the name is historical.

Also, both systems have to be at the same revision. Mismatches can  
work too but it depends on what has changed database-wise in between.
