You probably changed from QT to OpenGL which the PVR-350 does not  
support.
Try mythfrontend -O ThemePainter=qt
Is that doesn't work, try mythfrontend --reset (this will set lots of  
stuff to their defaults from what I just googled, but I haven't tried  
this myself)
