I don't think so.  I have strong passwords, iptables and mysql locked 
down.  Chkrootkit and rkhunter show nothing odd, nor do any of my own 
checks on the server.  I assume it's some type of lame security warning 
  in the Ubuntu debs but if anyone knows otherwise then please shout
