for 19.2E and 28.2E both 10773000 H and 22000000 are good starting

After having done this choose to scan Ful scan of existing transports 
and you'll have more then you want, so after that you can remove 'not 
wanted' channels in the channel editor by selecting, scrolling too to be 
removed channel, and pressing D
