Have a look at how your distro configures the ivtv card - the following
*should* all be on one line but the mailer may wrap it!!


Mine results in:

spatial_filter_mode: 0
temporal_filter_mode: 0
spatial_filter: 0
temporal_filter: 8
video_bitrate_mode: 0
video_bitrate: 2800000
video_peak_bitrate: 4200000
video_temporal_decimation: 0

I'm sure others can post their info for comparison.
