Ok, i got it.

For some reason the RPM's did not set up the /etc/httpd/conf.d/mythweb.conf
correctly.

I did 'mv /var/www/html/mythweb/mythweb.conf.apache
/etc/httpd/conf.d/mythweb.conf' then reconfigured
/etc/httpd/conf.d/mythweb.conf and it worked.
