[mythtv-users] ivtv falls over and plays dead

My pvr150 falls over and plays dead once in a while. The tuner is still 
there, but recordings fail and no file is created.

Rebooting gets everything working fine for a few days or weeks, and then 
it falls over again.

The only thing remotely resembling an ivtv error in syslog is this:

or51132: unknown status 0x00

Repeated forever.

The only error related to ivtv myth shows is

But the tuners are local to the backend.

Can anyone shed some light on this?
