[mythtv-users] initramfs + Seagate SATA + G33 boot problems

OK, I think I solved it... and before any of you had a chance to respond.
Sorry for (potentially) solving my own problem too quickly (and posting the
issue before thoroughly researching it, but others might find this info
helpful now). It seems I had to edit the BIOS to change the SATA mode from
IDE to ACHI. That appears to be doing the trick, although I have only
booted up once since then (and it went just fine). I'll shut down for the
night and see if it boots up properly tomorrow (when I place it in its final
installation location, plug in my StreamZap remote, and pickup the adapters
to take my HDMI, DVI with the included HDMI-DVI adapter, or VGA out to my,
sadly, standard definition tv with coax, S-video, or Component video). More
fun for tomorrow, but now it's time for bed (1:30am, class at 8am)...

Thanks,
     Reid Anderson
