[mythtv-users] 2 second delay on video (and is there a way to get rid of it?)

2 seconds is pretty good.  Perhaps you should research just what mythtv is
doing to get the TV signal from the antenna to the display.  I think once
you do, I think you'll be impressed that it can be done in 2 seconds.

You CAN get rid of the delay by hooking your antenna directly to your TV if
you like. :)
