If you have a CD/DVD burner on your Myth box, you can try MythArchive.
 I've had really great luck with it.  I added a DVD burner to my box,
since they are only about $25 to $30 US off of Newegg.  MythArchive
even does menus.

That turned out to be the best option for me.  I was having problems
with transferring them to Windows and getting them to burn properly.
It also frees up your windows box to do something else while your Myth
Box does the encoding and burning.  (Like be turned off so it doesn't
suck down valuable power)
