If you're running a new install of mysql on the second hard drive and 
plan it to be a replacement backend [rather than a slave] then you won't 
have an existing database to drop - hence you can forget about the 
'drop' and import the dump, creating the database in the process. You 
may or may not need to at least create the mythconverg database before 
the import...
