Has anyone done any work on sharing content between MythTV and TivoHD?

TivoHD with cablecard is one of the only ways to pull encrypted cable
content (CCI=0) off box for display on another device. The only other way I
know is firewire off a rented stb, and that only gets you one tuner per stb.
(Which in my area is a $20/month DVR).

It would be nice to be able to pull video from the Tivo for insertion into
myth matched up with the correct metadata.

It also would be nice to share Myth's recordings for proper viewing on the
Tivo.
