That post was from 10/07.  I'm having the same problem in 01/08 using f8
with a 2.6.23.9-85.fc8 kernel.  Other posts suggested this was an
upstream problem, as users from several distros are seeing it:

Is there anything I can do to fix/get around/debug this?
