Hey,

I think as far as telenet digitaal (or belgacom tv for all that matters) 
goes, you're only option is the first one (ir-blaster + s-vid). To my 
knowledge, there is nothing available that is compatible with telenet 
digital tv but their own set-top boxes.... Maybe there is a way to let 
their digicorder record it and get the recordings from that, but not 
sure about that.
I didn't know they cut off most of your analogue feed when you requested 
digital tv.... an extra reason not to go for these kind of proprietary 
solutions imho... As far as I know, the only possibility to work with 
tuner cards and belgian digital tv is tv-vlaanderen by sattelite.

If you'd ever find a way to get this working, I'd be interested to hear 
about it!
