[mythtv-users] Mac OS X frontend aspect ratio

Greetings,

Im using a mac mini frontend, and i dont know if my problem is only with
mac.

Some of my channels are in 4:3 displayed on a 16:9 television i get the
black pillars in the sides, i would like to stretch the 4:3 so they fit my
screen.

how do i do this, if i cycle through the aspect ratios nothing happens,
apart from it tells me that it has changed to lets say 16:9, but the
displayed area was not increased.

is it something i should set on the backend?
