Indeed, the configure step changed to

 XvMC support              yes
-XvMC VLD support          yes
-XvMC pro support          yes
+XvMC VLD support          no
+XvMC pro support          no
 XvMC OpenGL sup.          no

So you're saying that 16133 will restore it?
