Yeah.  One of these days, I'll write a handler (or perhaps Chris 
Petersen will agree that it's worthwhile and do a proper handler) that 
allows users to use the URI:

http://mythwebhostname/README

to see the README.  After all, even after everything is set up, the 
README can be useful, and I would guess that it exists in the root 
directory of the application on almost all installs (unless someone 
noticed that it was not accessible there and moved/deleted it from their 
machine--which they wouldn't do if it were accessible ;).
