Ah, so you can't play it with the MythVideo internal player either,
eh? I can play many of the 1080p clips Apple hosts,[1] such as
bbc_cctv,[2] but the Barber of Seville one and a few others don't;
after a few seconds of a black screen MythVideo returns to the list of
videos.

[1] I don't mean to say that the pauses in the video I reported at
<URL:http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/mythtv/users/315909#315909>
aren't still there; as mentioned there, my Pentium 4 just doesn't have
the horsepower smooth playback needs.

[2] Now with audio (although many of the other clips that play still
lack it), thanks to having recompiled with --enable-libfaac. Is it
actually documented anywhere, other than a random mention on a SVN
ticket and/or a single mythtv-dev message, that the main MythTV
./configure takes ffmpeg ./configure switches to enable features that
aren't documented in the MythTV ./configure?
