Hi:  I tried your URL in RealPlayer10.0.8.805 (gold), build date Jul 18, 
2006 under CentOS 5 and was astonished to find that I got AV playback. 
I usually just use it for audio.  Here's part of the output from File > 
Clip Properties > Clip Source
