Start by running irrecord to capture the different buttons of the 
remote, if that gives you a nice set of definitions for the buttons you 
are a step in the right direction.
after that, connect the scart of the box (which I think is the only way 
to get video out) to your PVR 150 using S-video or composite (you will 
have to check the settings for the box to get the correct signal out, if 
supported).
Set up myth to use the chosen input and make sure you can watch the signal.
If you can get that to work the next step is to set up the 
ir-transmitter to send the previously stored button  codes to the STB 
(set top box).
