Is it a Japanese science-fiction movie dubbed in English? :-)

How did you record it? Ripped from a DVD? Recorded as ATSC or QAM? NTSC 
captured by a PVR?

Did you edit it after recording? If so, how?

Some of the problems are beyond your control, but it depends on the 
source material.
