This is VERY good news...I had no idea it was this far along...most
stuff I've read it sounds like you still need an OSX box and to crack
the AppleTV open.  Sound like lots of progress has been made very
quickly.

I probably would opt to replace the whole thing with Linux - .  I have
an extra 2.5 inch drive or two, but I'm not sure how big they are.  If
everything works I can't think of a *good* reason to go back to the
AppleTV software anyway.

I'll be watching for when you release your new bootloader!
