What does lspci tell you?  lspci -v  and lspci -vv will tell you even
more.  (yes, I see its an AGP card, they show up in the PCI list).
It might help you see what chipset it uses.

Have you been to the ATI WWW site and looked at what they have for their
"TV Tuner" cards?  There are 3 listed as Radeon Home Theatre cards.

I searched for "Rage Theatre" on the ATI site and got 1 hit about how to
get around a problem with Catalyst showing it as "unsupported".

On their drivers download site, there are 3 Rage drivers listed under
Legacy (Discontinued).
