In the case of the HDHR I'd argue that the intent is to use one tuner 
for QAM and the other for ATSC, no duplication at all.

With the PVR-500 you could say that it is designed for CATV on one tuner 
and antenna on the other, again no infringement.

As long as Hauppauge provides software that doesn't allow infringement 
they are probably OK, though the situation might make them more 
reluctant to cooperate with IVTV and others.
