[mythtv-users] Burn recordings without commercials?

Re-read http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/index.php/Creating_a_cutlist
Start playing the recording. Then press "E" to edit; then you have to press 
"Z" to import the "skip list" to convert it to a cutlist.
