I just searched ebay.ca for ADD2-N cards which, according to wikipedia
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SDVO), are another acronym/name for the
same device. My ebay search returned at least five hits including one
ebay store with 65 units in stock, asking $11.95usd each.
