I should, with the usual caveats about XvMC in general.

The problem with the 5200 these days is that the PCI-express versions 
are extremely difficult to find, and investing in AGP motherboards is 
probably not the best idea.

If you already have AGP hardware then it's a good way to go, but I'm not 
so sure if you're buying new.
