Maybe.

If you do, get a masthead amplifier. anything down le line will just
make the problem worse. You want to amplify the signal, not the injected
noise.

Here is what I am getting, 15 miles from UK-Durris
(http://www.ukfree.tv/txdetail.php?a=NO763899) :

Mux	Mode	Power	Frequency	Signal	Ber Unc
===	====	=====	=========	======	========	========
B	16QAM	10 kW	713833330	38 %	209715		00000000
C	16QAM	5 kW	634000000	41 %	214722		00000000
D	16QAM	5 kW	658000000	41 %	209715		00000000
2	64QAM	20 kW	578000000	51 %	209715		00000000
1	16QAM	20 kW	546000000	46 %	209715		00000000
A	64QAM	20 kW	722166670	43 %	210289		00000000

Those are averages. Plenty of channels are unviewable.

I am getting a masthead amplifier installed!

The script used and full results are there.
