I extracted it from the windows driver it was embedded inside. I had
to search the binary for a signature that looked similar to the one
the v4l downloads and then I just used 16K as the size. Then, I used
the same extract script as linuxtv uses to grab the firmware after I
had the beginning byte offset and figured out that 16K would be fine.
The issue was without this firmware the card would not tune the first
time but I could replace the old firmware and it would work fine after
that. Move it to a new pc and it did not tune again until using this
firmware once. After that I can replace the firmware with the v4l
firmware. Seems like the firmware initializes some nvram or something
that activates the card.
