You can get nylon or steel fish tapes for thatmade for the job of getting 
cables thru conduits  a nice rounded end one end and a loop the other to 
attach cables ropes to  both of mine are 25 Meters long one steel  ok where 
the is no chance of electric shock and one nylon    very usefull things .
