[mythtv-users] No reception or EIT for Channel 5 in Essex

I get QVC but very blurred, unwatchable (a good thing :) and no EIT
data.  Looking in MythWeb all the channels on freqid 11 have no EIT
data and are either unwatchable or no signal.  I noticed that for QVC
my signal strength is 29% and S/N is 4.8db.
