A little while ago I ran into this issue. making a multi-media
keyboard work with MythTV. Then once I had worked my way through one
keyboard I worked on three other multimedia keyboards I had kicking
around the house (all of them Microsoft keyboard). Once done I wrote
up what I had learned and put it here:
http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/index.php/Category:Keyboards
Bottom line for me was to remap the extra function keys to the default
keys (it may be ugly, but it does work). Please do add what you learn
from your Logitech keyboard to the above so hopefully other MythTV
owners of your model keyboard will not need to re-invent the wheel...
In the mean time, I recently got a used IBM branded multimedia PS2
keyboard that I should get busy and map out for the above site :-) .
