[mythtv-users] Bitrate/quality on PVR-150

Nate, in the mythfrontend go to Setup > TV settings > Recording Profiles >
MPEG-2 Encoders and if I myself am doing it right, you're trying to set Live
TV (Bitrate option is on 3rd page).
