Making some assumtions due to lake of info but im guessing you are
connecting your STB to a PVR 150 or something like it.  It appears
from the log you channel change is trying to change the channel of the
PVR card tuner, no you STB via some type of IR Blaster.  Do you have
the IR blaster configured?
