Hi,
I have a DVB-T USB stick: WideView WT-220U PenType Receiver
(Typhoon/Freecom)) which I use with kernel 2.6.24-rc5 on a arm based
NAS (a Linkstation Live).

This works fine except that it seems that the USB device needs to be
unplugged from time to time to be stable. Unload of the kernel driver
and a reload of it again isn't enough. The power needs to be off
before the device will work correctly again. Meaning that it's
possible to record through mythtv. So the firmware might be broken?
I use: dvb-usb-wt220u-fc03.fw

Can I expect improvement using a 2.6.25 kernel or should I go for
another piece of hardware? Which USB DVB-T device would you recomend?

The DVB-T USB tuner that I have is cheap, and it does have a hardware
PID filter, which is a good thing on a rather slow machine.

Regards,
