Not to mention, when you have a video meant to be played at 60fps and a 
60Hz refresh on your display, you /must/ skip 48 of 60 (=80% of the) 
frames per second to play back the video at 5x.

Even with a 120Hz display, you have to skip 36 of 60 (=60%) of the frames.
