Thanks to fellow mythtv user (finntux) I was able to solve this problem. The problem is that in current 0.21-fixes finnish qm file is causing mythfrontend to crash if mythvideo has been installed. The solution was to use old mythvideo_fi.qm -file from revision 16934.
