Does anyone know offhand...when the frequency of a channel is changed,
will rescanning with the "minimal updates" option correct that (by
reassigning a new mplexid)?

Just curious.  I'm recording only OTA, but several stations are moving
frequencies next February when the switch to all digital occurs.
