[mythtv-users] Am I stuck with artifacts under XvMC?

I looked and looked for a deinterleasing setting and finally found a reference on the web that said it was in a filter and that there are no filters available under XvMC.

Does that mean there is no way to get rid of the artifacts if I must use XvMC to have enough processor power?
