[mythtv-users] How do I get rid of all these artifacts?

Playing my test file (1080i) on my computer screen looks fine.  When I 
play it out the SVIDEO output, it looks all chopped up with artifacts, 
jaggies on the edge and on moving objects and such.  I assume I am doing 
something wrong.  How do I fix this?
