I've also found I can't manually eject DVDs in 0.21. I'm actually
using xine for DVD playback. At first I found that as soon as I
inserted a DVD it could only be ejected with the menu eject option.
After I changed the 'on dvd insertion' option to 'do nothing' I can
insert a DVD and manually eject, but only before playing it. Once
I've played it...even with xine...I can only eject with the menu
option. If I restart the frontend after playback I can eject it
manually.

It seems like mythtv is leaving something open or busy or the like,
even when not using the internal player or any on insert options.
