Just so we don't keep getting a new message every day...

You did it backwards.  If using mythfilldatabase to insert the channels
into the DB, you do that, /then/ you edit them to change channel
numbers, names, etc. as desired.

If you have a channel in the DB and you want to associate listings data
with that channel, you need to ensure it has the proper xmltvid /before/
you run mythfilldatabase.

So, now, you get to start over.  See

to clean up your current broken database, and read the entries on the
wiki ( http://wiki.mythtv.org/ ) that talk about channel configuration,
xmltvid, ...
