Not necessarily after the 2/2009 changeover however. In the New York
area for example, ABC (7.1), WPIX (the WB 11.1), and PBS (13.1) are
all moving their digital broadcasts to their old VHF frequencies, 7,
11, and 13 once they go all digital.
Bad news for those who assumed otherwise and bought UHF only antennas.
