[mythtv-users] Commercial Flagging running (well in job queue) even when disabled?

Hi

I have a master BE and a few slave BE's that are all setup to NOT do
commercial flagging or transcoding automatically (I've checked this in
mythtv-setup to ensure the "allow advert detection jobs" and "allow
transcoding jobs" switches are turned off, also the "run jobs only on
original recording backend" switch is set on).

However when a recording finishes within a minute or so a flag
commercials job pops into the job queue?

Is this a bug (there are some coding issues to do with the job queue
getting addressed in svn at the moment I notice) or have I just missed
something?

This wouldn't really be a problem except I have a manual "run
nuvexport" job that borks because the flag commercial job sits in the
job queue 'blocking' the next job (if i delete the flag commercial job
from the sql database the run nuvexport job runs immediately).

I'm running .21 self compiled on a Fed 8 base.
