Ah, well, that's a different problem entirely, and I believe
completely separated from the perceived legality of Myth.  What you're
experiencing is confusion regarding OTA HD, something most people
aren't even aware exists, and a problem exacerbated by the government
and cable companies poorly communicated the nature of the digital
switchover to consumers (many of whom continue to believe they need a
new TV, or that OTA broadcasts will cease to exist).  That'll change
in time, but right now I'm not surprised people have that reaction.
