It's in the playback profile, itself (on the second page of the profile
configuration).  Note that the page where you select CPU+ is showing the
selected playback profile group.  At bottom is a list of individual
profiles (which you must edit to get to the second page of profile config).

So use Normal or High Quality.  CPU+ and CPU++ require very specific
hardware configurations to be of much use as is (or you must edit them
to fit your hardware).  They are primarily there as an example of how to
create complex profile groups.
