[mythtv-users] backend freezing

yeah, that's my laptop.  strange though, I haven't upgraded anything in
quite a while (except myth) and I've been using that laptop to connect to
samba for quite a while.  I'll see if I can upgrade samba though just to see
if that'll fix things.
