Not quite like that. I've got a BE/FE combo. After upgrading 0.20 -> 0.20.2, 
I found that my older recordings had this problem. I just hacked a shell 'for'
loop to run
  mythcommflag --rebuild -f FILENAME.mpg
on all the old recordings to get past this.
