[mythtv-users] Which DVDs have I watched?

I would like to note the DVDs I have watched including the programs on 
the DVD. So the "note" might list West Wing Season 3 Episode 7 which is 
one of four episodes on the DVD. I might have watched them directly from 
the DVD or have copied the DVD to my hard drive and watched them from 
there. I am willing to write some code to achieve this but I have no 
idea how I might extract the information from the programs I have 
executed. I am even willing to enter the information myself if there is 
a diary that I could run within MythTV.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
